It was a humbling and encouraging  moment to receive the “ Lifestyle Blogger” award for 2017-2018. The moment was surreal and a true honour to be recognised for the work and content put into my blog. I would like to thank you everyone who voted and continues to support Kicking it With Mimi . From the likes , shares , comments , my team both technical and glam squad and to the amazing KIWM partners . I must say I am loving my prizes from Fine and Country too for the lifestyle category.

Kudzanai a team member of the Tribe of Influencers added , “ The local blogging industry is becoming more viable and vibrant” and that is certainly true , it is hard for local corporates to ignore the power of influencers and blogging in Zimbabwe . The full list of the winners is available here : https://www.facebook.com/tribeofinfluencers

For a local content creator like myself , it is commendable that awards like the Zim Blog Awards are acknowledging local talent and creating a platform for content creators to be celebrated.
