This past weekend I had the pleasure of meeting Zimbabwean designer the fabulous, Znzorzi Adby. The chic designer has had a great deal of buzz over the past 3 years but more importantly over the past year. The talented designer won ZFW 2013 Emerging designer Award and has been praised by Zimbabwean media for his attention grabbing designs. More recently, he highlighted HIFA 2014 where his collection was well received.

The superstar designer attended the Zim Fashion Week’s press briefing and our paths finally crossed. We both charismatically introduced ourselves and Zim fashion Blogger, Beryl solidified our new found friendship. Znzorzi shared with us that he is working on something exciting for next year that he would only announce later in the year. We tried to get more information but the fashionista stuck to his guns. We are so curious as to what this project could be. Our conversation also moved to Kaftans which the designer is known for designing beautifully. I definitely enjoyed my brief introduction and mingle with the chic, Znzorzi and I have a feeling this is certainly not the last.
